COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

Combating the spread of the coronavirus to help protect your health and the health of our staff is everyone’s responsibility and important to us all. To achieve this aim and until further notice, we ask you to observe the precautionary measures and ordinances described here.

How We Protect You and Us:

Reduced Seating

Since April 17, 2021 and until further notice, events for 50 people are again held in the hall. Free choice of seats is still available. There is sufficient distance to other spectators.

Obligatory Face Mask Requirements

Before, during, and after the performance wearing a face mask is obligatory. As of entering and until leaving the building, visitors are required to wear protective face masks. Upon request, the theater can provide a face mask as needed.

Contact Tracing When Purchasing Tickets

When a ticket is booked (via telephone, email, the box office, or online), Neumarkt collects the personal data of the purchaser. During the process, data protection is guaranteed. In addition, we also recommend using the proximity tracing system app of the Swiss national government.

Bar closed

Until further notice, the bar is closed.

Disinfectants will be provided on-site. Our staff will regularly disinfect surfaces and ventilate the premises.

All actors and staff members are tested regularly. We also recommend this to our visitors.
